After an amazing response from some very loyal clients (and some new clients too), we have managed to find owners for four of the five yearlings that we purchased at the Gold Coast Magic Millions Sale.
In the current economic times, it can often be difficult to find owners however this fantastic response not only demonstrates what loyal owners we have, it also highlights the ability of Bevan and Richard to purchase top class racehorses for relatively small prices.
The yearlings by Commands, Fast ‘n’ Famous, Bradbury’s Luck and Falvelon have all been snapped up by some very excited owners. That leaves one very promising filly by young sire Dane Shadow (pictured).
Dane Shadow’s oldest progeny are only three-year-olds and he has already made a great impression on the track. From only 54 runners, he has already had 15 winners including Group 2 winner Shellscrape and stakes placegetters Hurtle Myrtle and Shadow Assassin.
She really caught the eye in the sales ring, she is a great walker and has an excellent temperament. She will be aimed at the lucrative two-year-old races as she looks like an early runner. She is already getting broken-in in Queensland.
She was purchased for only $34,000 and is a very affordable option for any type of racehorse owner who is looking for a quick return on their investment.
